The column on the right shows the target intensity of the acitve interval. This could either be personal perceived effort or a target heart rate zone espesically for the longer intervals. In short intervals it might occur that the interval is over before you reach a target heart rate. However, in longer intervals try to adjust your training intensity to match your heart rate according to the given zone.
